Hi, I’m Son Le, the CTO and a co-founder of Kettle.

I’m passionate about applying AI and modern machine learning to transform how we understand risk and make better data-driven decisions. At Kettle, I lead the technology and engineering organizations, and one of the most rewarding parts of my work is building great teams around a shared vision and creating products that solve meaningful real-world problems.

Before founding Kettle, I worked on machine learning and risk modeling systems across the insurance and financial industries, with a focus on predictive analytics and large-scale decision systems.

Outside of work, I enjoy learning and mastering new skills. I hold a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and also enjoy boxing, chess, golf, board games, rug-making, and running.
